OUR APPROACH

At HOPE, we are committed to providing affordable and quality therapy to all. We strive to communicate to parents that holistic therapy is not about spending time providing various therapies to their child.

Effective therapy is about understanding the essence of therapeutic goals, assessing what works best for their child, and implementing therapy in the dynamic space of their home too.

Every child spends most of their time with the parent and the role of the parent cannot be overstated. Hence we make it a must for parents to participate actively and empower them with skills to foster their child's development.

Holistic Development
HOPE provides therapy that integrates all 5 areas of development which are gross and fine motor, self-help skills, receptive and expressive language, cognition, and social & emotional development. The programs at HOPE focus on monitoring and stimulating the development of these skills thus ensuring holistic development.

Effective Integrated Sessions
HOPE provides neuro-cognitive developmental therapy that is customised to enable every child's development uniquely. All therapists are trained to understand and stimulate development in all 5 areas of development. Each session is a blend of all areas depending on the child’s stage of development.

Play Based Intervention
The programs at HOPE are primarily based on Play-Based Intervention as it promotes cognitive development & facilitates social-emotional & language skills. Such programs provide an opportunity for interaction that is not need-based. This is essential for developing independent engagement in the child.

Child Centric
Programmes
Therapy sessions at HOPE are free-flowing and all activities are generalised to the home environment. Activities are not repetitive and a child is never coerced to play as that would be self-defeating. The therapy session is driven by the child while the therapist guides and facilitates.

Sensory
Integration
The therapists at HOPE aim at normalise sensory responses by re-wiring the brain’s perception of sensory experiences. This approach is integral to understand and deal with behavioural symptoms by providing the brain with what it is seeking, as suppressing behaviour leads to behavioural issues.
